How long until I get my picture?
The time frame will vary depending on when payment is received and method of shipping. On average it will take two weeks.

Can I get a different frame?
Unfortunately, no. With the variety and styles available we are only able to carry one style of frame.

What about framing and matting?

How long will the picture last?
Properly framed and protected behind glass the picture should last your life time. If there is a problem with the picture we gaurentee it for its lifetime and will replace it.

What is the largest size I can get?
The largest size available varies from picture to picture. There is a certain resolution that must be maintained in order to produce the highest quality print. If you are looking for a custom size print please contact us.
